No specific dua for each circuit of tawaf or sa‘i has been established from the Prophet ﷺ. Pray for whatever good you wish in this world and the next, in your own language if you like.
Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. All praise and blessings are Yours, and the dominion. You have no partner.
Authentic, from the Prophet ﷺ

From entering ihram until you begin tawaf.
Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
